Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) combines email, CRM, and SMS in one platform. Small teams can manage contacts, send email and SMS campaigns, and use a simple CRM without juggling multiple tools. A free tier is available. The rebrand to Brevo may cause some confusion but the product is the same. Learning curve is moderate; less complex than ActiveCampaign, more than ConvertKit.
We recommend Brevo when you want email, CRM, and SMS in one place and are okay with a mid-level learning curve. For creators only, ConvertKit is simpler. For advanced sales automation, ActiveCampaign is more powerful.
